FOXO4-DRI is a synthetic peptide designed to interfere with the interaction between FOXO4 and p53, two key regulators of cellular stress responses and senescence pathways. In experimental models, FOXO4-DRI is used to investigate mechanisms of cellular aging, apoptosis regulation, senolytic signaling, and the clearance of senescent cells.
